We split into two groups and rotated. One group went into the kitchen and prepared Szechuan style chicken (very spicy but good) while the other group learned how to roll dumplings. We switched - kitchen group went to roll and the other group prepared sweet n' sour. Greatest part was that our dishes were part of lunch afterwards.
